Dance and movement classes for people facing long term or life-threatening illnesses start in Haverhill this Thursday, February 5.
Qualified dance teacher Lisa Mason is running the Move It! sessions at St Nicholas Hospice Care’s Burton Centre, in Camps Road, for six weeks.
The free sessions will include many different types of dance and movement aimed at improving movement memory, increasing mobility and creating smiles.Lisa has previously run dance mobility classes for people with a range of physical disabilities, so all levels are welcome.
