Hundreds of chocolate eggs will be up for grabs when Kedington once again hosts its annual Easter Egg Hunt at the Great Meadow.
The event has been run on Good Friday for the last few years by the Haverhill Branch of the Ipswich Town FC Supporters Club.
But with Ipswich Town having a home fixture on Good Friday this year, the event will instead take place on Saturday, April 4, with tickets available on the Great Meadow from 1pm for a 2pm start
There will be more than 600 eggs to find plus over 140 bags of mini eggs for those who can not find an egg, so nobody will go away disappointed.
There will be special prizes of six larger eggs for those that find special green blocks and a donated very large one for whoever finds the gold block.
Special arrangements will be made for the under-6s to give them a head start and two Easter Bunnies will also visit.
There will be a raffle – mainly of donated prizes from traders plus many from the branch - and a refreshment canteen open, with bacon rolls etc on sale.
It is also hoped to have at least one person from Ipswich Town FC as a guest.
