Haverhill opticians Wardale Williams has donated 80 hi-vis jackets to the 1st Haverhill Scout Group as part of its ongoing commitment to supporting local organisations and schools.

The vests were delivered to the group at its recent Tuesday meeting by optometrist, Joanna Williams, practice supervisor, Linda Power and optical assistant, Rachel Ramm.

The donation was accepted on behalf of the group by Kerry Meek, from it’s beavers section, who said: “Thanks for the fantastic donation, it will help to keep all members of the scout group safe on our night-time hikes.”
