Healthy Living Festival to return to Clare this weekend
The Healthy Living Festival returns to Clare on Sunday, November 11 from 10.30am to 4pm for a day of interesting talks, live music, stalls and the delicious healthy food from the Superfood Cafe.
The event at Clare Town Hall is a real day of community, healthy living education and family fun.
Last year the event raised £350 for East Anglian Children's Hospices (EACH).
This year it will be raising money for the Haverhill-based charity REACH Community Projects. And entry to it is free.
The day's activities include Community Yoga at 11am, followed at midday by a talk and demonstration by author Juliette Bryant called Natural Ways To Boost The Immune System.
At 1pm there will be live music from Duo Called Life, followed at 2pm with some storytelling suitable for the whole family.
There will be more live music at 2.30pm from Giles Bryant & Friends, including a the launch of their new album, Buddha of the Back Garden.
The festival is organised by the World Healing Project and more info can be found at www.worldhealingproject.com
