Firefighters attend house flood in Haverhill

Firefighters from Haverhill were called to a house in the town that had been affected by flooding.

The single crew was called to the property in Chapelwent Road at 6.15pm on Saturday (13) in response to a call reporting flooding inside that was affecting the electrics.

After their arrival the firefighters made the house safe and isolated the water mains.

Everything was under control by 6.47pm and the crew had left the scene by 6.56pm.
