Five months after he went missing, the owner of a cat with dementia is still desperate for his return.

Ten year-old tabby, Trick, went missing from his home in Pipers Close, Haverhill on November 2, possibly after being scared by fireworks being let off nearby.

A number of sightings of Trick have been reported back to his owner Angela Hazard, and she has even seen him herself, but as yet she has been unable to ensure he is safely returned home.

Angela, who has had Trick since he was nine weeks old, said his confusion about where his home is can be put down to his having dementia.

She is desperate for his return, saying: “I can’t emphasise enough how important he is to me.”

Trick has a white spot a quarter of the way down his chest, black tips on his ears and white colouring around his mouth.
