The current exhibition in the Haverhill Arts Centre Café is raising funds for My Blue Heart, a Haverhill organisation that supports people who have been bereaved.

A previous exhibition at The Apex in Bury St Edmunds raised more than £4,000 and My Blue Heart are pleased to give local artists an opportunity to exhibit more of their work in Haverhill.

The mixed media images including photographs, paintings and textiles will be up until the end of November and all of the work is for sale.

A number of the artists have gifted artworks to My Blue Heart while a percentage of the sale price of the other work will go towards supporting services for bereaved children and young people.

My Blue Heart was founded in 2012 by Shirley Gower following the loss of her 14-year-old daughter Jess to primary bone cancer.
