REACH Community Projects’ Haverhill Foodbank delivered around 100 hampers in the run up to Christmas, a similar figure to last year, as well as an emergency food package on Christmas Eve.

Henry Wilson, projects director, said: “We’d like to thank people for their tremendous support over the Christmas period, it’s been amazing all round.

“They’ve blown us away with their continued generosity.”

REACH, a charity that provides a range of services including money advice and debt counselling, is in need of bedding sets for starter packs it gives to people starting out with nothing.
