The first Haverhill Craft and Gift market will be held on Saturday, May 2.

Twenty new stalls will be added to the town market, with everything from ships in bottles, teddy bears and wooden toys, to baby massage and reflexology, Brazilian sauces, cupcakes and homemade burgers.

The craft and gift market will be held in the Market Square from 9am to 3pm.

Sharon Fairweather, markets development officer for St Edmundsbury Borough Council, said: “This is our first craft and gift market on the Haverhill Market.

“We hope residents and visitors will support both the new and the regular traders.”
