Haverhill Twin Towns Association (HTTA) have been hosting a group of 12 visitors from its French twin town of Pont St Esprit during the past week.

The group arrived on August 1, when they were welcomed at the arts centre by Haverhill Mayor Cllr Tony Brown.

Their six day stay included a visit to the Imperial War Museum, Duxford, a trip to Wimpole Hall, a hog roast and dance at Kedington Community Centre, a free day with their hosts and a visit to Holkham Hall before leaving on Monday.

Elaine McManus, chair of HTTA said: " We look forward to seeing them again next summer when we will be off to visit them at our twin town Saint Pont Esprit."
