Haverhill house break-in resulted in an unusual haul for burglars

Police are hunting a burglars who broke into a house in Haverhill and stole the boiler and the oven.

The house in Abington Place was broken into at some point between Friday, March 13 at 4.30pm and 8.30am today.

The semi-detached property is under renovation and an unknown implement was used to force open the front door.

The gas has been disconnected and the boiler stolen.

An electric oven was also missing along with work tools including a drill, chisel, a work bench and pipe fitter.
