Linton students impress with tech know-how
Tech-savvy students at Linton Village College impressed at the annual Rotary Technology tournament, featuring 16 school teams from across Cambridgeshire.
The competition was held on February 3. The students representing LVC were Oliver Golding, Kylah Jacobs, Louie Middle, Sirena Neaves, Naomi Chandler, Emily Offin, Deano Prior and Thomas Keen. For the fifth year running, LVC won best design portfolio. Their task had been to make an electrically powered, scaled down model cable car that would cross a crocodile-infested river to drop off survival supplies to a marked zone on the far riverbank.
