Nominations are now open for the business partner of the year category of the 2015 Raising the Bar awards.
The business partner of the year category is looking for organisations that are helping Suffolk to raise the bar by their engagement with educational settings, inspiring children and young people and helping them raise their aspirations and ambitions.
Any business can be nominated whether they are the school sponsor and have a direct relationship with a school or a local business that simply loves to give something back to their community.
Nikki Edwards, Assistant Director for Education and Learning at Suffolk County Council, said: “The first Raising the Bar Awards in 2014 were phenomenally successful, and were a great way to celebrate success across education in Suffolk.
“Sharing best practice is an important part of the project.
“We want to hear about the businesses that you believe are Raising the Bar, whether you are a teacher, student, parent, an interested member of the community or business owner.”
