Plans to reopen Haverhill cinema are put back by three weeks

Cineworld has put back its plans to reopen all of its cinemas in the UK and Ireland, including the one in Haverhill, until July 31.

The company had announced in mid-June that it hoped to reopen on July 10, having been closed since late March because of the coronavirus pandemic.

However, a statement posted on Cineworld's website on Tuesday said: "In line with recent changes to upcoming film release dates, we have made the decision to move our re-opening date to 31st July.
