Drugs raid on Haverhill house results in three arrests




Police have arrested three people in connection with drug offences in Haverhill.

Officers made the arrests on Saturday, March 9 after conducting a search warrant at a premises on Sperling Drive.

Police recovered a quantity of herbal cannabis, crack cocaine and heroin worth about £900, about £125 in cash and a lock knife.

Police arrested a man, 36, and a woman, 39, on suspicion of being concerned in supplying drugs and a 17-year-old girl was arrested on suspicion of possession of class B or C drugs, suspicion of money laundering, suspicion of being concerned in supplying drugs and suspicion of possession with intent to supply.

All three were taken to Bury St Edmunds Police Investigation Centre for questioning and subsequently released under investigation pending further enquiries.
