Vehicle crimes in Haverhill prompt police appeal




Police are appealing for information following thefts from two vehicles on the same night in Haverhill.

Between 5pm on Sunday September 29 and 5.30am the next day a vehicle in Deans Close (crime ref: 37/59384/19) and another in Chapelwent Road (crime ref: 37/59291/19) were entered.

Loose coins were stolen from one vehicle, and a wallet and bank cards were stolen from the other.

Neither vehicle was damaged, and police believe that they may have been left unlocked.

Another vehicle parked on Pearmain Walk had its windscreen shattered between 10pm on Saturday 28 and the following morning (crime ref: 37/59290/19).
