UPDATED: Four people arrested in Haverhill after drugs raid at house




Two hundred wraps of suspected drugs and cash were seized and four arrests made when police conducted a Misuse of Drugs Act warrant at a property on Dalham Place, Haverhill on November 29.

All four arrested were taken to Bury St Edmunds Police Investigation Centre for questioning.

Glenn Massie, 37, of Mill Hill, Haverhill was charged with six counts of theft from shops.

He appeared before magistrates in Ipswich on December 6 when his case was adjourned to the same court on January 3.

A 16-year-old boy from Margate was arrested for being concerned in supplying a controlled drug and was bailed until December 20.

A man, 47 and a 40-year-old woman, both from Haverhill, were arrested for being concerned in supplying a controlled drug. Both were released under further investigation.

n On November 14 police also assisted Suffolk Housing Society in carrying out an eviction at a house in Tudor Close, Haverhill.

The premises had previously been visited by police officers.

A spokesman for Suffolk Police said: "Police had previously executed warrants at the address but the eviction was led by housing having been considered through a partner agency meeting."
