Woman is followed in Haverhill by pair

Two men approached an 18-year-old woman while she was walking to work in the early hours of Saturday morning.

The incident took place between 5.45am and 6am on Saturday, February 7. in Camps Road.

The victim was walking to work when she was approached by a man who asked her if she had a cigarette, to which she replied no. He then continued to walk alongside her, asking for her phone number and again she said no.

As they got closer to the town centre another man appeared and the two men then began walking either side of her until she reached her place of work in Cangle Road.

The first man is described as black, aged around 22-years-old, approximately 5ft 10in tall, of average build, with short hair. He was wearing a dark jacket and grey tracksuit bottoms.

The second man is described as white, also aged around 22-years-old, approximately 5ft 11in tall, of average build, with short dark hair. He was also wearing a dark jacket and grey tracksuit bottoms.
