One goal in each half helped reigning league champions Hadleigh United end Rovers four game unbeaten run

After 39 minutes of an evenly-contested first half, Aaron Churchyard’s first-time pass released Luke Hammond whose fine low shot put Hadleigh ahead.

The visitors, who had only won one of their previous eight matches, added a second goal on 78 minutes through midfielder Duane Wright, who applied the finishing touch to a low Liam Scopes’s cross.
