Four Haverhill Rovers players are in Suffolk Under-18s’ squad for their forthcoming East Anglian Counties Championship fixture against Essex.

Midfielders James Baughurst and Lawrence Healey and defenders Rhys Shulver and Will Gardner are all in the squad for the tie at AFC Hornchurch’s ground on Thursday, February 12 (7.30pm).

Rovers striker Ty Alleyne, who played in the 1-0 FA County Youth Cup quarter-final defeat to Lancashire at Leiston, is the only player absent from that squad.

He was one of five Rovers players that played in the match.

It was the first time five players from the club had played in the same match for the Suffolk Under-18s.
