Haverhill get back on track with win over Tuddenham

Haverhill II got back to winnings ways in Division Four with a convincing 60-run victory over Tuddenham at Manor Road.

After being inserted into bat, Haverhill openers Carl Bradford (34) and Liam Botten (47) made an opening partnership of 80 before Botten was caught.

Sam Hartshorn (20) joined Bradford and took the score to 107 before Bradford fell, while Josh Ruthven and Hartshorn were also dismissed.

With the score at 114 off 29 overs, Russ Davis (10) and James Boulton (55) recovered the innings with a further contributions of 37 not out from Charles Shannon taking the total to 234-6 off 45 overs.

In reply, Richard Partridge (2-25), Martyn Wilkins (1-23) and Ruthven all took wickets.
