Chapterhouse Theatre Company’s open-air production of The Railway Children will be performed at Audley End House AT 7.30pm on Friday, June 24.

The lives of three children are changed forever by the mysterious disappearance of their father, leading to them moving to a beautiful but isolated village where they ake new friends and discover the wonders of the Yorkshire hills and the railway lines scattered throughout.

E. Nesbit’s classic story has delighted adults and children alike for generations and is now brought to life for new audiences in this wonderful production presented in some of the UK and Ireland’s most beautiful open-air venues.

With stunning period costume, traditional music and songs and a whole host of unforgettable characters, The Railway Children is a treat for all the family, perfect for a summer evening’s entertainment.
